Agile-in-a-Day Workshops

The Agile-in-a-Day workshops are designed to help organizations better understand how the business and IT must work together to successfully deliver projects using Agile methods. To accomplish this, these half-day events simulate an end-to-end Agile project where workshop participants play key project roles and influence the final project deliverable. By experiencing the key decision points, tradeoffs and communication requirements of an Agile project first-hand, an organization will be in a better position to adopt and expand their use of Agile methods.

The ideal participants of this workshop are both the business managers and IT managers who would champion an Agile project. By having representatives from both groups attend the workshop, your organization will get the benefit of understanding how IT and the business must work together to deliver applications using Agile.
