Thanks for the report. Indeed, yesterday we ended up figurin that out, through
José Fernandes' topic on the subject.
There we found out that, apparently, the previous version of Service Studio didn't suffer from the same problem, so if you are in urgent need of a fix I suggest you get in touch with our support department, and they'll manage to help you out - either by giving you a provate link to a previous version, or by letting you know if there's some known workaround.
Are you stopped because of this?
