We expect the Senior Consultant to lead implementation of innovative solutions to solve complex technical and business issues thru an agile approach, establishing the connection between technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and build a functional system architecture based on business needs and drivers;
  • Manage tasks and technical people according to project needs;
  • Ensure team work, commitment and alignment expectations;
  • Guarantee quality procedures and OutSystems behaviors.

Key Requirements:

Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong understanding of Customer orientation principles;
  • High level of creativity and ability to think-out-of-the-box;
  • Personal energy and ability to inspire teams and individuals;
  • Transparency and ability to establish trusting and supportive relationships;

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in web application development and process design (mandatory);
  • Degree in computer science or other technical related field;
  • Use of Agile approaches;
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
  • OutSystems project experience and certifications are a plus.
