• Client's timezone is saved on a session variable.
• Added multiple actions to retrieve the current date and time in the client's timezone.

Included widget to get the user time zone details from the client browser where the app is running (local time).

Ensured that all Actions were set to be Functions.

Added method to return IANA timezone from a Windows timezone ID

• ClientDateTime - returns the CurrentDateTime based on the browser Client.
  (Requires hidden screen widget SetClientTimeOffset)
• GetClientTimeOffset - returns the time offset in minutes compared to UTC
  (Requires hidden screen widget SetClientTimeOffset)
• SetClientTimeOffset - Screen widget required to be run "one off" per session for retrieval of the Client offset
