This plugin implements a File API allowing read/write access to the files in the folders within the application. I.e., each application has a sandbox and a set of folders accessible in that sandbox.

Functionality includes:

• List, create and delete directories
• List, read, create and delete files
• Obtain URIs for file and directories

Note: This plugin does not provide root access.
