OutByNumbers network error

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to send to Outsystems some information collected with OutByNumbers. The collection phase went without problems, however, when uploading the info, the application will always stop with the error "The request was aborted: The request was canceled." (see attached picture).

I am fully connected to the internet, and it's not a firewall problem, since I've tried to turn it off and the error still happens.

Can anyone tell me something about this?
