The Multi-Tenancy Not Implemented error is issued in the following situation:

• Multi-Tenancy Facility is not implemented for eSpaces with property 'Application Server' set to <type>: your eSpace is multi-tenant which is not implemented in a J2EE.

You must set your eSpace to single-tenant or use a .NET application server. See Overview of Multi-tenant eSpaces
