Tools Tree
The Tools tree is the area of your workspace from where you can drag tools to build your screen flow or action flow.
The contents of this tree depend on the type of flow you are editing in the Flow Canvas. The possible types of flows are:
Screen Flow
Web Flow: The Tools Tree has all the tools necessary to build a Web interaction, such as Web Screens, Entry points, or error handlers. See Tools in a Web Flow.
SMS Flow: The Tools Tree has all the tools necessary to build a SMS interaction, such as Send Message, application phones, or error handlers. See Tools in an SMS flow.
Action Flow
The Tools Tree has all the tools necessary to define the action flow, such as assigning elements, if conditions, or actions defined by the user or added as references to the eSpace. See Tools in an Action Flow.
Process Flow
The Tools Tree has all the tools necessary to define the process flow, such as human activities, decisions, or wait activities. See Tools in an Process Flow.
To add an element to your flow, drag it from the Tools tree and drop it in the Flow Canvas. Once the element belongs to your flow, you can check its properties in the Properties Pane.
