The Invalid Property error is issued in the following situations:

Extended Property '<property>' is being declared more than once in the same element: you are declaring the same extended property, for example title, for the same element, for example an Expression widget.

Edit this element and remove the extended property that is duplicated.

Clicking the symbol will take you directly to the invalid property.
