When defining the action flow of your action, you can asynchronously send an SMS. This behavior is implemented through the Send Message element which you can drag onto your canvas from the Action Flow Toolbox.
The execution of the action flow continues with no interruptions and the SMS is queued in the Outbound queue to be delivered to the MSISDN specified in the MSISDN property.
The phone number used to send this message depends on the Application phone defined in the Large Account property. These application phones have an associated Phone number in Service Center.
When the end-user responds to this SMS, a (new) SMS session is created and the interaction begins as specified in the Large Account property.
Send Message is available in the following situations:
Message Queues Component is installed in your server. If this component is not installed, a warning message is presented and you should contact your Service Center administrator.
