The License Warning is issued in the following situations:

Contact your Service Center administrator to request a new license from OutSystems before it expires.

Contact your Service Center administrator, as soon as possible, to request a new license from OutSystems.

Check with your Service Center administrator which feature(s) exceeded their licensed usage limit. This may help you to do your share in cleaning up old or obsolete information like users or eSpaces. Otherwise, ask him/her to change the license contract.

Do your share in cleaning up old or obsolete eSpaces or contact your Service Center administrator to change the license contract.

How to contact OutSystems to request or to change a license

  1. If you're a Service Center administrator, login to Service Center.

  1. Select Administration tab, screen License.

  1. Select link Request a New License. Fill in the required data. By default, a request is for a new license unless you fill in the Request Description with another motive (e.g. Renew the existing license). Send the Request to OutSystems at the end.
