The ListClear action is a System Action that removes all elements from the list.
List : the list to remove the elements from.
List Type. Mandatory.
None - the list passed as a parameter is modified and its runtime properties updated.
Note that after clearing the list, the Current runtime property resets its attributes to their default values.
