The Producers Pane of the Add/Remove References window displays all modules that expose functionality as public, and for which you have permissions to add as reference to your eSpace.
Each Producer in your eSpace has a status that aggregates the status of its public elements in use, i.e. public elements that were added as references to your eSpace. The possible statuses are:
Modified (not broken): one or more of the producer's public elements in use was Modified but none of them has modifications that have impact on their behavior. You can check in the Public Elements pane which elements have changed. See how to Handle Modified References.
Modified (broken): at least one of the producer's public elements in use was either Modified with impact on its behavior or is Missing. You can check in the right-pane which element has changed. See how to Handle Modified References.
Missing: the producer no longer exists in the Platform Server that you are connected to, or you don't have permission to see it. See how to Handle Missing References.
Refreshed: all public elements of the producer are refreshed and so is the producer.
None of this: no public element of the producer has changes.
Using the Producers Pane
The producers become in-use by your eSpace once you checked at least one of the public elements that are exposed by that producer. In addition, they are presented in bold so you can easily identify them. See how to Add an eSpace Reference.
Checking the Permissions to Reference Modules
If a module is not displayed in the Add/Remove References Window, it's possible that you don't have permissions to reference it. To validate if you have permissions to reference a module:
If using LifeTime: in the Users & Roles page, check if you have at least Open & Reuse security level for the application of the eSpace. If necessary, contact your administrator to grant you the required permissions.
If not using LifeTime: check your permissions in Service Center in the My Settings link at the top right corner. If necessary, contact your Service Center administrator to grant you the required permissions.
