To obtain entities and access their records and attributes in the Expression Editor , there is an Entity Function automatically provided when defining the entities:
Get<Entity Name>(Id) : Gets a row from the Entity. How?
There is also a Get<Entity> entity action which can be used in action flows .

An entity function has:
Input parameters : Instantiated when the expression is evaluated.
Output parameters : You can access in the following ways:
To access the entity record, type directly Get<Entity Name>(EntityIdVar) . <Entity Name> as, for example: GetUser(MyUserId).User
To access the entity attributes, type directly Get<Entity Name>(EntityIdVar) . <Entity Name>.<Entity Attribute> as, for example: GetUser(MyUserId).User.Name
