Purpose of Position: The position will provide custom application development as a member of a team that typically consists of developers, users, Business Owners, Project Managers and other stakeholders, using the Agile software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology. The position will provide custom report development and implementation and support of various application system interfaces. The position will provides support for in-house developed applications (.NET, OutSystems, LiveCycle), and provide user and technical support for installation and upgrade of numerous commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications. This position is a Pay Band ID. 

IT Application Developer I 

Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Engineering or similar technical degree and two (2) years of experience in software programming. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling four (4) years may substitute for the required education and experience.

Employment Requirements: Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License. Business reference check and Driver's License verification are required and employment is conditional pending results. Statutory Requirements: N/A

Conditions: Work is primarily performed in an office setting. Extensive use of personal computer. Travel throughout the state and occasional out of state travel may be required.
