•  Lead the design and development of enterprise OutSystems applications.

•  Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.

•  Drive sprint planning and estimation.
•  Optimize applications for scalability and performance.
•  Ensure documentation and version control.
•  Provide solutions for complex requirements.
