Role

We are looking for hands-on professionals who can design, develop, and deliver high-quality OutSystems applications, with senior candidates taking ownership of architecture, team leadership, and complex solution design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using OutSystems platform
• Build reusable components, modules, and integrations
• Develop responsive UI and mobile-ready applications
• Integrate with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and external systems
• Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT phases
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews, etc.)
• Maintain documentation and version control

For Architect-Level Candidates

• Define application architecture and technical solutions
• Lead and mentor development teams
• Conduct code reviews and enforce governance standards
• Drive sprint planning, estimation, and delivery
• Design scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions
• Handle complex business requirements and integrations
• Experience: 5–12+ Years

Required Skills

• Strong experience in OutSystems development
• Experience in web and mobile application development
• Hands-on with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Experience in application performance optimization
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with version control and documentation

Preferred Skills

• OutSystems certifications (Associate / Professional / Expert)
• Experience in enterprise application architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
