Your Role And Responsibilities

As an OutSystems Application Tech Lead for Commerce Transformation, you drive the strategic design and implementation of scalable, high-performance commerce platforms. You play a pivotal role in modernizing and optimizing commerce systems to support seamless customer experiences, operational agility, and business growth across digital and physical channels.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design Commerce Architectures: Design microservices-based architectures that align with enterprise goals and customer expectations, leveraging deep expertise in enterprise architecture, digital commerce ecosystems, and omnichannel integration.
• Implement End-to-End Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement end-to-end commerce solutions that integrate headless commerce platforms, APIs for real-time inventory, pricing, promotions, and order management.
• Ensure Cloud-Native Solutions: Ensure that commerce solutions are cloud-native, resilient, and extensible, leveraging containerization, serverless computing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Orchestrate APIs: Orchestrate APIs for real-time inventory, pricing, promotions, and order management to support seamless customer experiences.
• Lead Solution Delivery: Lead the delivery of commerce solutions that meet enterprise goals and customer expectations, while ensuring operational agility and business growth.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Experience with designing and implementing scalable, high-performance commerce platforms, leveraging deep expertise in enterprise architecture, digital commerce ecosystems, and omnichannel integration.
• Microservices-Based Architecture Design: Experience in designing microservices-based architectures that align with enterprise goals and customer expectations, incorporating headless commerce platforms and APIs for real-time inventory, pricing, promotions, and order management.
• Cloud-Native Solution Development: Experience with developing cloud-native, resilient, and extensible commerce solutions, utilizing containerization, serverless computing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• API Orchestration: Experience in orchestrating APIs for real-time inventory, pricing, promotions, and order management to support seamless customer experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, DevOps engineers, and data scientists, to define and implement end-to-end commerce solutions.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

•  Containerization Knowledge: Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes to develop cloud-native commerce solutions.
•  Serverless Computing Familiarity: Exposure to serverless computing concepts to design and implement scalable commerce platforms.
•  CI/CD Pipeline Experience: Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure seamless delivery of commerce solutions.
