Key Responsibilities
- Drive full upgrade lifecycle across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production (Platform Server, LifeTime, Service Center)
- Perform infrastructure setup and tuning (IIS, Windows Server, load balancers, SSL, networking changes)
- Assess and remediate breaking changes (deprecated features, API changes, system entities)
- Ensure security compliance (Secret Site Properties, SSO/authentication validation)
- Enable future readiness for ODC, focusing on data decoupling and modern integrations
- Lead troubleshooting, upgrade issue resolution, and team enablement/training
Core Skills
- OutSystems: Strong expertise in v11 on-prem, with In-Place & Side-by-Side upgrades
- Infrastructure: IIS, Windows Server (2019/2022), Load Balancers (F5/Citrix)
- Database: SQL Server / Oracle (drivers, compatibility upgrades)
- Integration: .NET (C#), Integration Studio, external DB drivers
- DevOps: LifeTime API, deployment zones, CI/CD pipelines
