Bug Fixing

• The LifeTime Installation Checklist now includes information about the "Install Prerequisites" option. (RPM-1242)
• Fixed an error generating mobile apps when the custom Extensibility Configurations defined in the LifeTime settings include malformed or incorrect JSON. (RPM-1544)
• Fixed an issue causing the failure of a deployment plan validation when the server has low memory available. (RPM-1589)
• Fixed an issue causing deployment plans to fail due to lack of permissions to reference dependencies not included in the deployment plan. (RPM-1689)
• The LifeTime Installation Checklist now correctly displays the step to install .NET Core 3.1 Runtime & Hosting Bundle for Windows when updating to a new release or cumulative patch. (RPM-1998)
• Added traceability to updates of the "Enable HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS)" setting. (RPM-908)

Known Issue

• This LifeTime version suffers from poor access times when users navigate to staging related pages (e.g. Staging_Edit, Staging_Summary and Staging_Progress). This issue has been fully addressed from LifeTime version 11.11.0 onwards. The performance degradation is more notable when a large number of applications are staged.
