A filter within Service Studio that shows either our own created applications, or forge applications or both. (by default, I would say show both).

Whenever we create the multiple application in one environment , for that multiple application we get(required) multiple forge components and all the times we can't able remember the name to search.

if any new developer should arrived mean he/she can't able differentiate that which is application and forge. So for that only a filter option required.
