When I create an Idea, Can we follow that idea automatically similar to automatic like.

Or what is the logic behind this follow button for the idea creator. anyhow idea creator will get notified via email if there are any comments or modifications regardless of following the idea.

Either we can hide this button for the creator or make it automatically followed.

Hi Aravind,

As a creator of the idea you will automatically be informed about new replies or status changes. I think you know that as you recently posted a lot of ideas. So what is unclear about that?

As any other community member you can choose to follow an idea.

The only point you have is that as a creator of an idea, when you open the idea, the button is less relevant, or at least has the incorrect state, it could state

And then when you press it, it would you stop following the idea. But why someone wants to stop following activity on their own idea is unclear to me.

I personally never had an issue with the way the button works.
