Add descriptions/steps about how to specifically obtain badges in the Profile page

Hi,
There aren't proper descriptions or steps on how to get certain badges.

For example, the badge "Interoperability O11 and ODC" says "Complete the “Future-Proofing your OutSystems Factory with O11 and ODC” Training program" but searching for “Future-Proofing your OutSystems Factory with O11 and ODC” there isn't any item in the list.

Also, the filter in the "https://learn.outsystems.com/training/catalog" page only allows 50 characters.

Is there any update on this?
I still don't know how to get the "Interoperability O11 and ODC
Complete the “Future-Proofing your OutSystems Factory with O11 and ODC” Training program" badge.
I also don't know what means in the badge "Online Review
Write an OutSystems review", as there aren't any details.

Badges need to have explanation details.
