I was searching for this feature in the ideas, but I couldn't find it.

It would be useful to be able to save a comment in the service center (not only in service studio) in case there is a need to update something that was typed incorrectly, for instance or missing relevant info. 
I think it would also be of value to display the user who did it and the timestamp.
