In 2022, the powerful combo of OutSystems proven capabilities and our partners’ deep expertise allowed us to take our customer service to the next level.

G2 - one of the largest software review sites - awarded us “Easiest to Use” and “Leader” in the low-code platform space. Similarly, Gartner Peer Insights named OutSystems as a “Customer Choice Leader”.

To acknowledge and thank the incredible work of our partners, and help prospective customers find the right organization to support their low-code journey, every year we recognize the best of the best at the Partner of the Year awards. And this year was no exception.

So, without further ado, here are the winners of the 2022 Partner of the Year Awards.

Global Partners of the Year


The Global Partner of the Year award is given to partners whose achievements stand out above the rest. This year, we awarded three partners in three distinct categories.

  • Capgemini was recognized with the CEO Award which distinguishes the partner that had the most significant impact on OutSystems business for the year. In fact, Capgemini Portugal and Belgium outperformed in many areas of its OutSystems practice including sales, delivery, certifications, authorizations, and customer satisfaction. Their continued investments in building capabilities across the business illustrate the returns they and their customers realize in partnering with OutSystems.
  • PT Perkasa Pilar Utama was awarded the Best Solution Award thanks to its smart forecasting application targeted at Sales & Marketing departments. This great solution uses complex workflows and business rules, and extensive API usage to help a customer in logistics increase its internal forecast and reduce operating costs.
  • Netlink Digital Solutions- Part of Xebia has excelled at delivering quality training for OutSystems customers and had the highest customer satisfaction ratings in 2022. For that reason, it was awarded Global Highest CSAT - Training Partner. Since becoming a training partner, Netlink has enabled hundreds of professionals in OutSystems every year.

Geo Partner Awards

The Geo Partner Awards recognize partners from each region — EMEA, APAC, AMER — that have achieved sales excellence. There are two categories:

  • Partner of the Year for Net New Customers: or partners who have excelled in identifying, developing and acquiring the highest number of customers in their geo.
  • Partner of the Year for Highest Revenue: for partners that have identified, closed and delivered the most revenue during 2022 in their geo.

And here are this year’s winners.



Partner of the Year for Net New Customers:

  • Babel: Since becoming an OutSystems partner, Babel has excelled at modernizing legacy applications while creating new and innovative services for the Portuguese market. The company has been growing every year with a strong presence in the public, financial services, and insurance sectors.
  • Oppchain: Oppchain was one of our first partners in France. The company saw the market opportunity and since then, it has been promoting OutSystems in the French market, closing new customers every year, with a special focus on healthcare and retail & wholesale.
  • Quatronic: Quatronic started its partner journey in 2018 and has been growing steadily year over year. Based in the Netherlands, Quatronic is an autonomous partner that requires little help from the OutSystems team to drive its business. In 2022, it was the partner that acquired more new customers and has an impressive pipeline for 2023 as well.

Partner of the Year for Highest Revenue:

  • Capgemini: Capgemini has built a very strong OutSystems practice over the past years, with true champions advocating the OutSystems capabilities both internally and externally. Its focus is on enterprise digital transformation, which has resulted in a great pipeline of opportunities and bringing in one of our biggest clients in Europe, Carrefour Belgium. A great contribution from Capgemini Belgium.



Partner of the Year for Net New Customers:

  • Emids: Previously known as Cloud Development Resources till it was acquired by Emids, the company has shown an increased level of insight and domain expertise in the healthcare industry, becoming a key partner for this industry in the Americas. In addition to being the Americas’ Partner of the Year for net new customers, Emids was also the Partner of the Year for Highest Revenue for this geo.
  • Do iT Lean: Do iT Lean has been a long-standing partner of OutSystems and has invested in building out a practice in North America to help drive adoption for the platform. With a recent acquisition, the company is poised to help drive even greater growth.



Partner of the Year for Net New Customers:

  • ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation: ITOCHU, also known as CTC, has been leading multiple projects focused on lead generation and nurturing, which has resulted in CTC becoming the top performing revenue generation partner not just for Japan, where it’s based, but in all APAC.

Partner of the Year for Highest Revenue:

  • FPT Software: FPT Software is one of our strategic partners in APAC where it operates in multiple countries across the region. The company is one of our top partners globally for the number of certified OutSystems developers. FPT Software has done a tremendous job in sourcing key customer wins in 2022, a testament to the great strategic collaboration between the company and OutSystems.
