Description: 

This position provides the second level of support to end users by handling service requests that have been escalated by the T-Mobile service desk and supporting our Collaboration and Productivity team and internal customers. Support will be provided onsite, remotely, over the phone, via email, Skype, and via Slack. Looking for a minimum of 5
years experience working in Microsoft O365 in a hybrid environment and for people with a passion for the customer. 

This role requires the research of solutions for desktop and application problems. They will have the ability to analyze existing applications and make proactive recommendations for improvements and solutions with our customer while partnering with our Tier 3 team. Maintains, and implements all applications listed below. 

Microsoft Office 365: 
o Exchange Online 
o Skype for Business Online 
o SharePoint Online 
o Dynamics 365 
Office 365 Security and Compliance 

Microsoft Azure including the following: 
o Microsoft Intune 
o Azure Active Directory (AAD)
