General Description 

Architect to manage initiatives and deliver services that identify, design, and implement creative solutions using Robot Process Automation (RPA) technologies. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Analyze client processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, and recommend RPA approach/strategy
  • Potentially reengineer process to improve automation
  • Develop detailed “As-Is” process description and detailed “To-Be” Automated Process Description
  • Develop RPA architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility
  • Analyze and design the integration with other systems
  • Work with the Project Managers and Developers to create high level project plans for implementation projects
  • Provides continuous advice to RPA developers and Project Manager during project delivery
  • Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
  • Complies with and helps to enforce the established RPA governance, design and coding standards, policies and procedures (specifically those related to audit and security)
  • Lead workshops for client education and requirements gathering.
  • Use Agile methodologies to deliver fast results using team collaboration
  • Manage all stakeholder’s expectations (internal customers, supervisor, audit team, security team, and any other parties with stakes in the project)
  • Reports status, issues and risks to supervisor on a regular basis


Minimum Education 

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering 

Experience 

  • At least 1 year of experience on process design and/or process improvement.
  • Preffered Experience leading and managing project teams
  • Relevant RPA consulting or industry experience
  • Experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA), preferable with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and/or UIPath
  • Experience in programming, specifically high-level languages, such as OutSystems, Salesforce, PowerApps.


Other Qualifications 

Demonstrated expertise with full life cycle projects engagements across strategy, design and implementation. 

  • Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
  • Experience on Lean or other Agile methodologies
  • Ability to manage small to large engagements.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (English and Spanish)
  • Ability to learn new skill sets and adapt to work in different roles of the team, based on the needs (cross functional), for example, develop & testing.
  • Understanding of Process Design documents and Technical Design documents
  • Good understanding of various automation components and features available in Robotics Products
