Position Requirements: 

What you'll do: Being the best ain't easy! We are working on some challenging problems that require bright minds and grit to help us solve. You will have the opportunity to work with our corporate office team (where this position will be based), our remote offices, and field teams to do things like: 

  • Become an expert in our products to help our teams design and develop new systems and processes 
  • Support and implement new functionality with our ERP systems (Infor M3, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Sage 100) 
  • Collaborate with remote software development teams on custom Apple iOS apps and web applications built with the OutSystems platform ( ) 
  • Help our teams gain business insights by developing reports with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 
  • Be a technological "jack of all trades" as we continue our exciting growth 


  • Bachelor's degree (preferably related to technology) 
  • 5+ years of business analysis (or related) work 
  • Experience working with and supporting ERP systems 
  • Strong experience with SQL development (T-SQL) and database design 
  • Strong experience with report development (SSRS and/or Power BI) 
  • Basic experience reading & following code logic (.Net / VBA) 
  • Experience with the Agile methodology 
  • Knack for quickly understanding business operations
