Senior OutSystems ODC Developer (100% Remote)

Project Overview

We are looking for a Senior OutSystems ODC Developer to join a long-term, high-impact project focused on building a core business platform for a major French company with more than 400 agencies nationwide.

The solution will support critical operational processes related to resource planning, route optimization and logistics management, involving complex business rules and algorithm-driven decision flows.

This is a technically challenging environment where OutSystems ODC is used beyond standard low-code approaches, with strong emphasis on custom development, UX and integrations.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Build complex business workflows supporting planning and routing operations.
• Implement advanced UI components using Data Grid, custom JavaScript and responsive design.
• Integrate FullCalendar and other custom front-end components.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver high-quality user experiences (tablet-first design).
• Develop and consume REST APIs to integrate with legacy ecosystems (C#, Java, Magic).
• Collaborate within Agile teams and contribute to sprint planning and technical discussions.
• Ensure performance, maintainability and best practices across the application lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as an OutSystems Developer, including recent exposure to ODC.
• Senior-level capability in designing scalable enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and front-end customization.
• Experience with API integrations and backend communication.
• Comfortable working in complex business environments with evolving requirements.
• Strong collaboration skills within Agile teams.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with geolocation or mapping solutions (ArcGIS or similar).
• Background in logistics, planning or operational management systems.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
