Description
- Provide technical engineering support across deployments, environment configuration, and CI/CD readiness.
- Support integration setup, security configurations, and platform operational tasks (Supporting SOW Deliverables #7, #9, #10).
- Assist in troubleshooting performance, connectivity, and platform issues.
Required
- OutSystems infrastructure & deployment knowledge
- CI/CD tools & DevOps processes
- API management and authentication standards
- Monitoring & debugging tools
- Ensure environment readiness for sprint demos and releases.
- Provide operational documentation per SOW Deliverable #9.
- Contribute to SLA compliance for timeliness and quality.
Duration : long term contract
