About the Role

We are looking for experienced OutSystems Developers based in Brazil to join our international delivery team. You will be responsible for building enterprise-grade applications for global clients, working in an environment where English is the primary language for daily collaboration, documentation, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform (O11 / ODC).
• Technical Leadership: (For Seniors) Lead technical discussions, mentor medior developers, and ensure best practices in architecture and security.
• System Integration: Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs and integrate with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews in a 100% English-speaking environment.
• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years (Medior) of hands-on experience with OutSystems.
• Language: Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory. You must be comfortable speaking English during the entire workday.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and LifeTime.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with C# and .NET (highly valued for Seniors).
• Certifications: OutSystems Associate, Professional, or Expert certifications are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
