Job Description

An OutSystems Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying applications using the OutSystems low-code platform, collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions

Key Responsibilities

•  Application Development: Design, build, and deploy apps using OutSystems 11 low-code platform.
•  Requirement Analysis: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
•  Integration: Connect applications with external/internal systems via APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, O365, etc.).
•  Testing & Support: Perform unit/integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing technical support.
•  Optimization: Maintain and enhance existing applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
•  Best Practices: Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and performance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•  Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript.
•  Experience with RxJS, Angular CLI, and state management libraries (NgRx, Akita).
•  Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
•  Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
•  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

•  Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of OutSystems 11, SQL, APIs, and mobile/web app development.
•  Experience: Typically 3+ years in OutSystems or low-code development, with exposure to enterprise integrations.
•  Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or equivalent (MCA also common).
•  Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development lifecycles.
•  Soft Skills: Problem-solving, initiative, teamwork, and ability to learn new functionalities quickly.
