Responsibilities

• Participate in technical design and contribute insights and ideas
• Lead a team of software developers and work towards delivery of the projects in timely fashion 
• Coordinate and communicate with other tech teams and business analysts as needed 
• Translate business requirements into viable and scalable applications. 
• Design, develop and test OutSystems applications using best practices and established coding standards
• Assess existing applications in performance architecture and design and refactor leveraging OutSystems design patterns. 
• Conduct root cause analysis using knowledge of applications, interfaces, and technology for defect resolution. 
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times and consistently interact professionally and productively with all levels of employees.
• Build flexible data models and seamless integration points. 

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience developing web and mobile applications using OutSystems. 
• 4 yrs Experience in web technologies like ASP .NET, C#, or Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and RESTful APIs. 
• At least 4 yrs Experience in working as a technical lead. 
• At least one project/one application implemented on ODC. 
• Strong Expereince in working on FE technologies and customizing UI of OutSystems screens and creating custom components.
• Strong proficiency in the OutSystems platform, including the use of Service Studio, Integration Studio. 
• Strong proficiency in architecture patterns, solution design and high performing application development. 
• Extensive experience in designing and developing scalable, secure and high-performance OutSystems applications. 
• Extensive experience in developing screens, web blocks, timers, server/service actions, client actions, data actions etc. in OutSystems 
• Experience with working on relational database language like SQL/Oracle and writing T-SQL queries.
• Experience in using OutSystems architecture dashboard, discovery tool to validate application design and technical debt.
• Knowledge of relational data modelling principles and experience building database objects using E-R modelling tools.
• Experience in building apps with responsive web design compatible with various devices, exposing and consuming SOAP and RESTful APIs. 
• Experience working in agile/scrum methodology of project delivery. 
• Experience using tools like Azure Boards, Jira, confluence. 
• Experience with OutSystems lifetime, service center, ODC Portal and ODC Studio 
• Ability to work with minimal oversight and proactively communicates status and risks to project leadership and posses strong problem solving skills.
• OutSystems certifications such as Web Developer Specialist, Front-end Developer Specialist, Architecture Specialist is highly desirable. 
• Experience in developing mobile applications using OutSystems is preferable.
