Job Description:

GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for an OutSystems Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. As an OutSystems Developer, you will work closely with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and other developers to create innovative solutions using the OutSystems platform. Your primary responsibility will be to build high-quality applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Duties:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance OutSystems applications following agile methodologies. 
• Possess a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues while ensuring application maintenance. 
• Hands-on experience with the OutSystems platform 3 years plus. 
• Proficient in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. 
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• Effective problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment. 
• Familiarity with agile support tools such as JIRA.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• Strong experience in OutSystems development, including OutSystems Platform and OutSystems IDE. 
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. 
• Experience with database management and SQL. 
• Knowledge of application integration concepts and experience with integration of external systems via RESTful and SOAP web services. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Scrum, etc.). 
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices. 
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. 
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OutSystems certification is a plus. 
• Experience with mobile app development and deployment (iOS/Android) on OutSystems. 
• Familiarity with cloud services and cloud-native application development. 
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Git). 
• Previous experience in Agile environments is a plus.
