Azooa is responding to the Australian Securities & Investments Commission’s RFQ PCS-03108 and we’re calling for Expressions of Interest from talented OutSystems professionals across Australia.

We’re looking for Technical Leads, Senior Developers, and Mid-Level Developers with demonstrated experience delivering high-quality applications on the OutSystems low-code platform. This is a long-term, high-impact Federal Government engagement — delivering real outcomes in a hybrid work model.

1️⃣ OutSystems Technical Lead (Solution Architect / Lead Developer) 🧱

As an OutSystems Tech Lead, you’ll take ownership of solution design, governance, and delivery standards. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and guide project success from concept to code — ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of low-code applications using OutSystems
• Govern platform use, design standards, reusability, and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align OutSystems solutions with business goals
• Oversee technical delivery, code quality, documentation, and reviews
• Lead knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with external APIs, .NET backends, and existing infrastructure

✅ Required Skills:

• 6+ years’ software development experience, with 3+ in OutSystems
• Proven leadership in enterprise low-code project delivery
• Strong integration experience (REST, SOAP, legacy systems)
• Familiar with performance tuning, DevOps, CI/CD in OutSystems
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement
