Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality OutSystems applications in alignment with business requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices
• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Ensure the successful execution of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment
• Participate in code reviews and oversee adherence to coding standards
• Stay current with OutSystems advancements and industry innovations to integrate new technologies
• Lead project meetings to track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• A minimum of 8 years of software development experience, specializing in OutSystems
• At least 3 years in a leadership or senior role within the OutSystems ecosystem
• Deep understanding of application design patterns and software development best practices
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
• OutSystems certification(s) is highly regarded
