About the Opportunity 

IBU Consulting is seeking a highly skilled OutSystems Senior Developer to join a high-impact strategic initiative with our client. This role is designed for a technical expert who excels in OutSystems architecture, design, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure applications in OutSystems and ODC to meet complex business requirements.
• Implement AI features for Agent Development, including AI Agent Builder and Agent Workbench.
• Orchestrate multi-agent workflows and develop multi-tenant applications.
• Build BPT flows and manage data models within the OutSystems Service Studio.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment, contributing to planning, refinement, and review ceremonies.

Technical Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of overall professional experience.
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience specifically in OutSystems.
• Deep proficiency in OutSystems architecture and ODC (Cloud-Native) architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3-4 end-to-end OutSystems projects.
• Strong knowledge of Service Center and Lifetime.
• Mandatory OutSystems or ODC Certifications.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proficiency in writing high-quality, efficient code using APIs and scripting languages.
• Experience in designing services for both web and mobile applications.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
