Job Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality OutSystems applications to meet business requirements. 
• Create applications with a test-driven development mindset that perform well. 
• Work collaboratively to solve problems with other team members;
• Develop custom components and integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, or other methods. 
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. 
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to others in the low-code team, helping to establish best practices and development standards. 
• Review others' code, share skills and knowledge with the rest of the team. 
• Be proactive and organized within your team and meet the goals that you have agreed to. 
• Innovate and contribute ideas that will improve the application’s quality;
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications and processes. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development and deployment. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems platform features, improvements, and best practices.  

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
• At least 3 years of experience with OutSystems;
• Experience with other technologies ( .Net, HTML, CSS, JS e SQL) - it’s a good plus;
• OutSystems Certifications - they are more than welcome around here;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team and be a team player;
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly;
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - mandatory;
• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) - it’s a good plus;
• Ability to mentor less-experienced developers - it’s a good plus;
