Are you an OutSystems Developer who enjoys building applications that are actually used within a business? In this role, you will develop solutions that directly support daily operations, improve processes, and connect systems within an international organization.

What you will do

You will be involved throughout the full development lifecycle, from idea to implementation. Together with your team, you translate business needs into practical and scalable solutions.

Your responsibilities include

• Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using OutSystems 11
• Translating business requirements into functional solutions
• Integrating applications with other systems via APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Ensuring performance, scalability, and security of applications
• Working closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders
• Contributing to CI/CD processes and structured deployments
• Monitoring applications and proactively identifying improvements

Your profile

You are someone who combines technical skills with an understanding of business processes. You don’t just build what’s asked, but think about what works best.

• 3–5 years of experience in software development
• At least 2 years of experience with OutSystems 11
• Experience with integrations (REST APIs and/or SOAP)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Familiar with CI/CD concepts and Agile/Scrum working environments
• Comfortable working with stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions

Nice to have

• Experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud
• Basic knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Salary package

• Salary between €4.000 and €4.800 gross per month
• 12.5% bonus (based on individual and company performance)
• 25 holidays + 1 collective day
• 8% holiday allowance
• Travel allowance (€0.23/km or NS Business Card)
• Pension contribution of 24% (3% employee contribution)
