Dare to Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar 
• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the OutSystems platform (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in managing technology projects (Agile methodologies are a plus)
• Proactive, results-driven, and problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in English
