A dedicated technical support resource to provide support for the OutSystems platform. This individual will be responsible for providing support for an OutSystems environment that hosts a portfolio of serval established applications as well as many active projects. This individual will interface with the project and support teams for these individual business applications to ensure to ensure that the platform and applications are maintained in a healthy state.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute deployments and configurations
- Triage and respond to support tickets
- Monitor logs and analyze runtime errors
- Troubleshoot and debug issues
- Coordinate platform upgrades
- Monitor environment server resources
- Monitor AI Mentor Studio and resolve issues with project teams
- Perform code reviews
Skills
- Proficient in OutSystems development and best practices
- Proficient in SQL
- Experienced in performing OutSystems Platform Upgrades
- Experienced with communicating and collaborating with several project teams across domains
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing and/or supporting OutSystems 11 applications
