As an OutSystems Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing solutions within our OutSystems 11 platform. You will configure platform modules, build integrations, and create scalable workflows that enhance business processes. Your expertise will drive automation, system stability, and seamless connectivity across enterprise applications. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure that solutions align with both business needs and OutSystems best practices.

Is this about you?
- You are a skilled OutSystems engineer with hands-on experience in OutSystems development. You excel at building integrations, automating workflows, and solving complex OutSystems platform challenges.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in OutSystems development
- Experience with OutSystems BPT processes (Business Process Technology) for process-driven workflow implementation.
- SQL expertise (writing and optimizing queries; data analysis and troubleshooting).
- Experience with OutSystems Web Apps
- Ability to work independently on design, development, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with business teams, architects, and IT operations.
- A problem-solving mindset, balancing customization with best practices.
You are responsible for
- Designing, developing, and optimizing OutSystems applications, both back-end and front-end focused solutions.
- As a member of a DevOps team, you are responsible for solutions from development up to and including how they run in production
- Developing integrations and extensions for OutSystems.
- Utilizing OutSystems tools to build scalable and efficient solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement workflows and automation.
- Troubleshooting and resolving performance, security, and integration challenges.
- Ensuring compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements within OutSystems.
