Description 

Candidates must be European citizens. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications on the OutSystems O11 platform; implementing business logic, workflows, and integrations with enterprise systems through REST APIs; and building responsive, user-friendly interfaces aligned with Luminus standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring code quality through unit testing using the BDD Framework, participating in CI/CD processes and release management, troubleshooting and optimizing performance, contributing to documentation and knowledge transfer, and collaborating with architects, analysts, and Luminus teams within Agile SAFe ceremonies.

Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory, and proficiency in an additional language (French or Dutch) is required.

Technical Skills Required

• OutSystems O11 (Reactive Web and Mobile) development.
• Low-code application design and development.
• REST API integration and enterprise system connectivity.
• Business logic, workflows, and responsive UI development.
• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and release management.
• Unit testing (BDD Framework) and test automation (shift-left approach).
• Performance optimization, troubleshooting, and application security.
• Mobile offline capabilities.
• Agile/Scrum / SAFe methodologies.
• Low-code governance practices.
• Oracle APEX (experience and migration support to OutSystems is a plus).
• Minimum experience required: 3 to 5 years.
