We are looking for an OutSystems Developer / Support to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. The role involves both application development and post-implementation support, ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Development
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using OutSystems (Reactive & Traditional Web Apps)
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Customize, enhance, and optimize existing OutSystems applications
- Integrate OutSystems applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Follow best practices for performance, scalability, and security
Support
- Provide L2/L3 application support for OutSystems applications
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues and bugs
- Monitor application performance and ensure high availability
- Perform application fixes, enhancements, and patch deployments
- Work closely with users, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 2–5+ years of experience with OutSystems development
- Hands-on experience with:
- Reactive and/or Traditional Web Applications
- OutSystems Service Studio & Lifetime
- Strong knowledge of:
- Application lifecycle management (ALM)
- REST/SOAP API integrations
- SQL / basic database concepts
- Experience in application support, bug fixing, and enhancements
- Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good to Have
- OutSystems Certification (Associate / Professional / Expert)
- Experience with:
- Mobile App development in OutSystems
- Authentication & role-based access
- Performance tuning and monitoring
- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, or cloud environments
- Experience in government or large enterprise projects
