Overview
We’re seeking a OutSystems Developer Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of enterprise applications on OutSystems 11 . This role combines technical leadership, architecture, and hands-on support to drive successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of OutSystems 11 applications
- Architect scalable solutions using multi-layered architecture, modularization, and reusable components
- Mentor and guide developers, providing technical direction and task ownership
- Drive project delivery and ensure progress toward deadlines
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
- Identify and address technical debt
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
- Contribute hands-on when needed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years OutSystems experience, including 2+ years with OutSystems 11
- Experience delivering enterprise-level applications
- Strong knowledge of: Multi-layered architecture / Modularization and dependency management
- Experience leading or mentoring development teams
- Proficiency in SQL, REST/SOAP integrations, and data modeling
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
Preferred
- OutSystems certifications
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, APIs)
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud platforms
- CI/CD experience with OutSystems

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
