As we continue to expand our OutSystems practice, we're looking for a Senior OutSystems Developer who is passionate about technology, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team delivering international projects.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, designers, and development teams to create high-quality digital solutions.
• Design reusable components and promote best development practices.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Participate in technical analysis, solution design, estimation, and delivery planning.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage application lifecycle and deployments using OutSystems Lifetime.
• Support code reviews, technical mentoring, and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Identify and reduce technical debt while maintaining high development standards.

What we're looking for

Required

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with OutSystems.
• Strong experience building enterprise-grade web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming.
• Experience integrating applications using REST and SOAP services.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• OutSystems certifications (Associate, Professional, Reactive Developer or higher).
• Experience with architecture reviews and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of .NET/C#.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
