Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a development team.
- Oversee the technical design, development, and deployment of complex applications.
- Ensure quality through rigorous code reviews, and promoting best practices.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of solid hands-on experience in OutSystems development.
- Proven, practical experience with ODC (mandatory).
- Strong ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in English.
