Role Mission
Lead the assessment of the current OutSystems platform and solution architecture, identify technical gaps and modernization opportunities, and define a scalable target architecture aligned with the customer's business and technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Current State Assessment
- Assess the current OutSystems architecture, applications, and platform landscape.
- Review application portfolio, modules, dependencies, and integrations.
- Analyze application design, architecture patterns, and development standards.
- Evaluate platform configuration, environment topology, and deployment model.
- Review application lifecycle management (ALM) practices.
2. Technical Analysis
- Identify architecture issues, technical debt, and design weaknesses.
- Analyze application performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Assess integration architecture with external systems.
- Review OutSystems platform utilization and licensing impact.
- Evaluate DevOps, CI/CD, and release management practices.
3. Required Skills
- Strong expertise in OutSystems architecture, platform, and application lifecycle.
- Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and environment management.
- Knowledge of application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in conducting application/architecture assessments and defining transformation roadmaps is preferred.
- Efficient English communication skills (both verbal and written).
