We are looking to hire a Project Manager to join one of our teams for a key client / for our internal facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technology projects delivered on the OutSystems platform (O11 and ODC);
• Lead project communication, stakeholder management, and status reporting within public sector frameworks;
• Coordinate cross-functional development teams using Agile frameworks (Scrum), acting to improve sprint delivery and backlog prioritization;
• Perform proactive risk assessment, mitigation planning, and strict scope control throughout the project lifecycle;
• Ensure project deliverables strictly comply with cybersecurity standards and required governance protocols.

Skills/Requirements:

• Experience: 10 or more years in management; 3 or more years in the public sector; experience in Agile methodologies;
• Education: Bachelor's + Master's degree in IT;
• OutSystems – Core: Associate Developer O11 + ODC Certification;
• OutSystems – Advanced: 3 or more Specialist certifications;
• Management / Agile: SCRUM (SFPC) + PSPO I;
• Cybersecurity: Cidadão Ciberseguro + Risk Management.
