Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer to design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications on the OutSystems platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with capabilities to drive secure, and high-quality digital solutions.What will you be doing in this role?

• Development and deployment of OutSystems applications.
• Design application architectures and reusable components.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate applications with databases, and enterprise systems.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and production incidents.
• Partner with stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and business users.
• Mentor developers and drive technical excellence across the team.

Who is the ideal candidate for the role?

• Relevant knowledge of software development with knowledge in OutSystems.
• Strong expertise in OutSystems Reactive Web and Mobile Applications.
• Hands-on with Service Studio, Integration Studio, Lifetime, and Architecture Canvas.
• REST/SOAP integration's, SQL, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of application security and enterprise development standards.
• OutSystems Professional, Expert, or Tech Certification.
• Knowledge with Azure/AWS, CI/CD, and micro services architecture.
• Delivering enterprise digital transformation projects.
• Preferred industry is Banking & Finance, Government, Healthcare, or large enterprise environments.

A successful applicant is a hands-on with strong knowledge delivering enterprise-scale applications and development teams. They combine deep OutSystems expertise with excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills. The ideal candidate can translate business requirements into technical solutions, drive development best practices, and successfully deliver high-quality applications in an Agile environment. OutSystems certifications and knowledge with cloud, integration's, and digital transformation projects are highly desirable.
